Hey gal! I’m Laura, a curious soul, frequent solo traveller, wellness fanatic and now proud founder of SOULSIS, born in the North East and eager to spread far and wide <3

My journey started back in 2020 when I decided life was too short to wait around for others and took my first solo trip to Italy for two weeks. Meeting the most incredible girls, also kicking their comfort zone I got the travel bug, and solo travelled around the world, through Europe, Asia and Australia in search of more meaningful relationships and experiences.

Through my day job as a beauty therapist, I had spoken to women for years, day in day out to realise we’re all seeking the same things. We all experience pivotal moments in girlhood that deserve positive and uplifting friendships to get us through. That’s where our SOULSIS community bridges the gap between you and leaving your comfort zone.

Through the lenses of the everyday girls I meet, I’ve spent 2025 curating unique wellness events that are designed to uplift, connect and ground you - to guide you to be your most confident, true self. Now launching our Retreats and Group Trips in 2026, I want every girl to have the life-changing experiences I had, without the planning and stress (and let me tell ya, it was certainly not easy navigating the travel world alone, phew).

In an online world that’s dedicated to making you feel overwhelmed, burnt out and lonely, we’re going back to basics, we want to offer gals all over the UK once in a lifetime trips and experiences. We’re giving you the good kinda fomo and providing a space where community and connection is at the heart of everything, because social connection literally leads to a longer life, I know right?
